Return & Refund Policy

Overview

products can be returned for full refund within 30 days of purchase date as long as the product is not purchased during Sales auction, or received as a gift. The product has to be in the same condition which was sent to the customer. For defective or broken items, the return request needs to be received within 7 days of the delivery of the item. To return any product for refund or exchange, the following steps need to be taken to ensure the acceptance of the product and proper refund.

1)

  • A- If the item is broken or defective:
    Before taking it out of the original box, please take a clear photo of the product while the item is still in the box.
    Then take a second photo of the product and all its components that clearly shows the defect or broken area.
  • B- If the received item is not defective or broken:
    Take a photo of the item(s) and all its components, before putting them in the box.
    Then take a second photo of the item when the item(s) have been placed in the return box and before closing the box.

2) Attached the photos to an email with the subject line: “Return Request for the order #(the order number, can be found in your first notification email when placed the order)” and in the body of the email, write your name, the address used for shipping, and the reason you are returning the item. Send the email with the photos to [email protected].

Once we receive the request, we will process it and if qualified for return, will send you an approval return code via email with the instruction on how and where to send the item. DO NOT send your item for refund or exchange without the approval return code. You need to have the approval return code to ship the item for the refund or exchange. Any item received without an approval return code, will not be processed, and most likely be lost in our depo.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item rather than refund, please mention it in your return request email.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible to pay the cost of returning your item, unless it is defective or broken. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
